The site helps visitors understand the property, compare current stays, explore day-use experiences and private-use possibilities, plan a visit, submit inquiries, and reach the booking paths that are currently available.

Bookings and third-party platforms

Unless Handyland clearly states otherwise on the checkout path, overnight reservations may be completed through third-party booking platforms such as Airbnb or Hipcamp. Pricing, availability, payment processing, cancellation rules, refunds, platform fees, and reservation terms shown by those services are controlled by the platform and the listing in effect when you book.

A link from Handyland does not guarantee that a particular date remains available. Always review the final booking details and rules on the booking platform before completing a reservation.

Direct booking and experience requests

A stay or experience is not considered directly booked merely because you submit an inquiry, early-access form, availability request, or planning form. A reservation is confirmed only when the applicable booking path clearly says so and any required payment, agreement, approval, or confirmation has been completed.

If Handyland introduces direct checkout for a stay or day-use experience, the applicable price, cancellation terms, guest rules, payment terms, and other reservation conditions will be presented before the reservation is completed.

Day-use and private-use experiences

Handyland may offer or consider limited-access experiences such as the Handyland Adventure, Farm Canvas photography or creator access, After Dark, private field use, small occasions, retreats, or partner-led experiences. Availability, approved areas, duration, group size, weather limitations, parking, fire use, commercial activity, and other operating conditions may vary by experience and date.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or exclusive access to the entire property. Confirmed reservations are limited to the areas, times, group size, and activities included in the applicable confirmation or agreement. Overnight-guest privacy, property conditions, safety, and other scheduled uses may affect what can be approved.

Planning tools

Features such as the Handyland Almanac, Atlas, trip finder, daylight and moon information, seasonal guidance, and packing suggestions are provided to help with trip planning. They are informational tools, not guarantees of weather, visibility, trail conditions, attraction hours, road conditions, or any specific outdoor experience.

Property conditions

Handyland is a rural farm property with natural terrain. Conditions can change because of weather, season, maintenance, vegetation, water levels, and normal farm activity. Guests should follow the current rules and arrival information supplied with their reservation and use reasonable care around natural and outdoor areas.

Fishing and outdoor activities

Guests are responsible for following current Kentucky fishing regulations, licensing requirements, seasons, limits, and other laws that apply to their activities. Handyland may provide links or general planning information as a convenience, but the current rules published by the responsible public agency control.

Outdoor activities involve changing natural conditions. Guests should use reasonable care around water, terrain, wildlife, weather, fire, and other conditions and follow any stay-specific, experience-specific, or property rules provided for the reservation.

The Lost Treasure of Handyland

If the Field Hunt is active, guests should search only within normal guest-accessible areas and follow the safety instructions shown in the Fieldbook. No clue requires digging, climbing, crossing a fence, entering water, opening a closed area, or ignoring property rules.

Digital Fieldbook completion is intended as part of the guest experience. Handyland may require additional confirmation before providing any physical, limited, upgraded, or higher-value reward. Hunt stops, rewards, and availability may change.

You may use this website for personal trip planning and legitimate inquiries. Do not misuse site forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, scrape private information, or use Handyland's website systems to send spam or abusive content.
